The Rental Process
1. You check the availability of the boat you would like to rent. You can call us or (soon) use our online calendar to check. 
There are 3 rental possibilities: Morning (4 hours), Afternoon (4 hours), or all day (8 hours). 
2. We take $100 deposit on your credit card over the phone. This deposit reserves the boat for the date and time you need it.
3. You call to schedule your boat orientation. This takes about 45 minutes and we recommend this before the day of rental. 
4. You come for your boat orientation. If this is the same day as your rental, it is not counted as part of your rental time.
5. You pick up the boat the day of the rental. Boats leave with a full tank of gas.
6. You return your boat at the end of your rental period. You refill the gas tank. You pay the balance of the rental fee. Note that fuel and taxes are not included in the rental rates and are extra expenses that you must pay.

Boat Orientation
During the orientation, we: 
1. Review the features of the boat.
2. Demonstrate operation of the boat. This includes taking the boat into the sound for a short time. 
3. Review the safety equipment, features, and practices when operating the boat.
4. Discuss your destinations and give advice to make your trip more enjoyable.
5. Review charts to make sure you know how to get there.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel and receive your deposit back at any time for a good reason. Good reasons, as determined by us, are weather, illness, accident, or other unforseeable event that prohibits you from renting the boat.
